Comentei com o Marcelo a divulgação da lista dos 50 melhores restaurante do mundo (que, por sinal, não divulga apenas os 50 primeiros colocados, mas os 100 primeiros) pela revista britânica The Restaurant.
Destaquei a subida do restaurante D.O.M., do chef Alex Atala, da 18 posição para a 7a. posição. Entre os 100 melhores, aparecem também o Fasano (59a.) e do Mani (74a.).
Além disso, a América Latina ganha destaque nesta lista com a presença dos mexicanos Biko e Pujol (respectivamente na 31 e na 49a posição) e do peruano Astrid Y Gaston (na 42a posição).
